Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved by developing local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, and creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the hiring of the best possible talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Assist with external massive recruitment customer service positions.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 90% English level
  • Bachelors degree in psychology or similar background
  • 1-2 years of Staffing and/or Human Resources experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated, positive, and flexible outlook
  • High commitment to excellence and the ability to offer excellent customer service
