About the Job

The Licensure and Credentialing Guide leads MedPro International Healthcare Professionals through the licensure and credentialing stages. This position is responsible for data entering, gathering, and primary source verifications of healthcare provider information, including in-depth, detailed, or challenging research.

What Youll Do

  • Guide Healthcare Professionals through steps necessary to complete credentialing and licensure process.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with candidates and vendors.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans for each candidate based on education, experience, credentials, and other relevant factors.
  • Lead candidates through the various stages (credentialing, visa screening, state licensure, and endorsement) with the goal of minimizing the amount of time it takes for a candidate to deploy to the US and commence work.
  • Communicate with and prepare paperwork for third parties, including licensing boards, credentialing agencies, and testing authorities.
  • Stay abreast of changes that could impact licensing & credentialing processes.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in licensing/credentialing preferred.
  • Experience working in a professional office environment preferred.
  • Experience working independently but contributing within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and capacity to successfully prioritize multiple responsibilities and competing priorities.
  • Effectively plan all daily activities to maximize productivity. Utilize reports, dashboards, and views to organize and prioritize activities.
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication. Utilizes proper etiquette in telephone and electronic mail communications.
  • Demonstrates ability to perform work accurately and timely during periods of increased workload and high stress.

Compensation

  • $45,000 plus 10% Bonus
  • Weekly Pay
  • Weekly Company-Wide Raffles based on production
