You’ll work collaboratively with key partners to determine standard processes and evolve retail operations at the pace of change. What will you work on You will work executing specific strategies around Staffing and Scheduling with responsibilities which include to: Build cross-functional partnerships to drive labor management knowledge and accountability Influence the global scheduling strategy and roadmap Support the scale and drive adoption our new WFM solution worldwide Assist requirement gathering and adapt the future functionality needs of our global WFM solution Create, develop and maintain best in class training and standards Create a Global Labor Community for GEO labor teams to share best practices and create global workforce management/labor process alignment Who you will work with You’ll establish best in class scheduling procedures and training in partnership with geography teams, while maintaining alignment with global partners including training & development, finance, implementation and store operations. You’ll design the framework for World Headquarters and field leader training and reporting.
