You'll achieve this through job site visits, cold calls, distributor training, professional presentations, and embodying the ARDEX solution-driven, "customer first" approach.This is a field sales position, part of our SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA sales team. GREATER LOS ANGELES OR SAN DIEGO home base preferred. Daily travel throughout the territory is required, with some overnight stays. Industry experience and local market knowledge are essential.Compensation potential: $70k-120k. Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elementsSound business acumen, high levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgementHigh level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focusedAssertiveness and ability to drive and close salesMust be able to conduct product presentations and demonstrations confidently and professionallyMust possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be able to travel daily throughout assigned territory, including some overnight. Able to operate non power and power tools.
