**Position Accountabilities**

* Timely input of faxed indirect applications into Decision Pro

* Discounts indirect loan packages into Decision Pro

* Verifies indirect loan packages for proper documentation

* Verifies interest rates and other information on contracts to ensure amounts are within acceptable levels

* Calculates dealer reserves paid on loan packages

* Completes general ledger credit and debit entries for discounting loans while working with Atlantic Unions ACH and Wire departments to fund loans

* Completes daily and monthly Excel spreadsheets on loan volume

* Maintains filing system on approved and countered applications

* Answers department phones, while providing superior customer service to internal and external customers

* Monitors loan and title exception reports and works with dealers and DMV to correct exceptions

* Works with dealers to ensure Atlantic Unions lien is recorded on titles for loans booked

**Organizational Relationship**

This position reports to the Dealer Finance Credit Manager

**Position Qualifications:**

Education and Training

* Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience

* One to three years experience with processing consumer loan documents.

Knowledge & Skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills

* Able to handle multiple tasks with great attention to details

* Must be flexible and able to adapt in a changing environment

* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

* High degree of professionalism

* Self-motivated with the ability to perform with limited supervision

* Ability to work in fast paced environment
