Bilingual Shipping/Fulfillment Supervisor Job Description
  • Reports to the Site Manager.
  • Determines daily order priorities and monitors picking standards.
  • Manages day-to-day coverage on packing lines.
  • Assigns work orders to picking teams to complete orders according to product specifications.
  • Anticipates obstacles and provides input and solutions to overcome them.
  • Meets packing times while maintaining good quality standards.
  • Supervise 10-30 employees.
  • Communicates if any safety equipment is not functional and if any employee does not practice the proper safety procedures.
  • Interpersonal skills: the ability to delegate and work well as part of a Fulfillment team.
  • Train, develop skills and motivate workers in the development of team performance.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Reviews, checks, and signs off on all work completed by the employees.
  • All paperwork must be accurately processed daily.
  • Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, and other applicable software programs.
Bilingual Shipping/Fulfillment Supervisor Work Schedule

This role has a rotating work schedule based on business needs. Availability to work 7 days a week is required.

A-Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6am to 6pm

B-Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6am to 6pm

Requirements
  • This position requires someone bilingual (English/Spanish) basic speaking, reading, and writing skills must be demonstrated.
  • Minimum one-year experience
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-management skills
