Your Role: As a strategy director, you will report to the CIO and matrix to the IT COO to orchestrate IT and operational transformation projects, and drive day to day solutions for businesses across the organization. You’re the one who knows how to make things happen. You know how to connect the dots in a complex organization to streamline and improve the experience for everyday IT tasks, and programs in the transformation agenda. You are excited to ideate, coordinate and lead programs from ideation to execution, and are passionate about managing federated teams to reaching the project’s goals. Most of all, you are passionate to help people in need and see their challenges solved through your efforts. Your Responsibilities :

Ideation, strategy, and planning for multi-team IT and operational projects.

Management, coordination, and status of projects.

Manages of respectful, strong working relationships with internal team(s) from IT to Operations, Finance, and agency CEOs.

Provides key meeting support including content development and curation.

Supports business users for complex IT tasks that require multi-team coordination.

Helps business users navigate the IT landscape.

Monitors, reports and solves for project progress and risk. Redirects as required through keen prioritization skills. Escalates as necessary to ensure integrity of programs.

Drives reporting process required for project including status, risks, scope changes, etc.

Initiates all activities to support project close out and “retrospectives”

Contributes and when assigned leads efficient meetings and conference calls, workshops, and ideation sessions. Ensures timely conference notes and action steps taken.

Is a champion of the business process and quality work.

Required Skills :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

2-5 years of related IT solutions and support experience ideally in complex, multi-team environments.

Comfortable and confident in managing relationships across leadership and federated teams.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Must have strong written and oral skills.
