**Description**

The Sales Coordinator uses proficient organizational and communication skills to effectively assist the Construction Project Specialists by managing tasks associated with the architectural sales process.

This position is primarily responsible for creating and sending quotes, entering sample requests, processing orders, and assisting customers on overflow calls. Qualified individuals will be able to effectively communicate and coordinate activities relating to projects with sales representatives. Other desired attributes are having a positive attitude, good judgement, professionalism, the ability to self-manage and to be detail oriented. Industry and product knowledge and an understanding of the architectural process is a plus. Computer proficiency and high school diploma required, some college preferred.
