Our fast-growing SaaS testing platform is looking to add an experienced Technical Account Manager to our team to drive customer adoption, engagement, and success. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect who will play a critical role within Katalon's Professional Services team by leading technical engagements with clients. This role is responsible for delivering short-term Katalon centric quality engineering training and consultation services, and ensuring that our clients achieve rapid and effective adoption of Katalon's automation platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with a deep understanding of modern test methodologies, automation frameworks, and agile methodologies. Requirements Technical Engagement & Delivery: Lead and deliver technical engagements for clients Assess client environments, implement product setups and configure project-level integrations within the Katalon solutions Conduct technical workshops, troubleshooting sessions, and hands-on training to help clients implement best practices in test automation with Katalon Solution Design & Implementation: Develop a subset of scalable and robust test automation scripts tailored to client needs Integrate Katalon with client CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless build, deployment, and testing workflows Provide guidance on testing APIs, back-end services, and modern cloud-based testing solutions Collaboration & Thought Leadership: Work closely with the Engagement Manager to align technical solutions with overall customer success initiatives Serve as a subject matter expert on test automation technologies and quality engineering best practices with Katalon Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement Client Advisory & Quality Engineering: Provide strategic consulting to clients on how to overcome adoption barriers and optimize their testing practices using Katalon Actively contribute to the development of technical documentation, best practices, and reusable assets for future engagements. Must-Have: Demonstrated understanding of Test methodologies and principles, backed by 7+ years of experience in quality engineering 2+ years of prior hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using test automation tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Appium; Experience working in Scrum Teams; Experience testing APIs and back-end services; Knowledge of modern ecosystems and automated build/deployment pipelines (Jenkins, Github, Azure Pipelines, etc); Knowledge of cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure and GCP; Ability to multitask effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment; Good command of English communication Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or equivalent; Experience in a leadership role (QA Lead or Test Lead) of a team; Hands-on experience with Performance Testing using tools such as JMeter; Knowledge of cloud providers such as Kobiton, BrowserStack and Saucelabs Prior consulting experience in the quality engineering and software testing domain Benefits At Katalon, we bring together self-starting, open-minded, and talented people while actively promoting a transparent and growth-enabling working environment.
