The Facilities Maintenance Engineer reports directly to the Facilities Supervisor to assist in the management of daily operations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.Key Responsibilities1. Maintenance and Repairs:Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty equipment and systems components.Ensure all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.2.
