This role provides social work assistance to patients and families as related to social determinants of health. Masters degree in Social Work with a LCSW/LMSW is preferred. Provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive and developmental disorders and disabilities using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills. May participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences discussing information obtained from patient assessments, updates, treatment plans. Provides direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff. Performs discharge planning. Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field No experience required Occasional keyboard use/data entry.
