Role Overview:

The Process Engineer will be providing engineering support for Anaerobic Digestion (AD), Power to Gas, Waste Fuel Boilers, and Flue Gas Treatment projects. This includes developing process specifications, executing engineering scope, ensuring compliance, and providing technical support during construction and commissioning. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting projects involving Anaerobic Digestion, Power to Gas, Waste Fuel Boilers, Flue Gas Treatment, etc.
  • Proficiency in developing process specifications, conducting mass balance calculations, and creating P&IDs.
  • Skilled in assisting Business Development and Sales with presentations and documentation.
  • Proven track record in executing engineering scope for various project phases (FEED, EP, EPC, BOO).
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements is essential.
  • Strong design capabilities for process systems and fluid flow calculations.
  • Ability to generate process design data and provide clear recommendations.
  • Aptitude for identifying opportunities to optimize costs and schedules.
  • Experience in offering technical support throughout project phases.
  • Excellent communication skills for facilitating technical discussions and delivering presentations.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills for addressing multi-disciplinary issues.
  • Commitment to upholding quality standards and adhering to procedures.
Qualification and Education:
  • 3+ years of relevant process engineering experience across various industries.
  • Experience in Renewable Gas technology, including Anaerobic Digestion and gas processing/upgrading systems.
  • Familiarity with material handling and processing related to renewable energy production from waste.
  • Exposure to industries such as Renewable Energy, Gas Processing, Waste Management, Environmental Control, Chemical, and Power.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Preference for EIT/PE registration or equivalent professional certifications.
