CST Group, CPAs, PC of Reston, Virginia is seeking a receptionist to join our team. For over 50 years, CST Group has provided comprehensive accounting, tax and business advisory services to the Washington, DC metro area. The Receptionist at CST Group will be the first point of contact for our clients. This in-office position requires a friendly, energetic, and welcoming personality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain conference rooms and reception area.
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies.
- Maintain kitchen organization and order supplies.
- Manage staff meal catering orders, setup and clean up.
- Various other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Professional and mature attitude with the ability to work autonomously, independently, and effectively.
- Demonstrate excellence in executive presence, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage workload.
- Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Must be able to learn new software quickly and proficiently.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling firm and client sensitive information.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
