Job Summary: Sales Manager The Sales Manager is an energetic, proactive leader who thrives on exceeding performance targets, maximizing team productivity, and running a high-performing, professional sales team. You are a disciplined, metrics-driven Sales Director who can effectively manage daily activities today, while simultaneously managing a healthy pipeline for the future. In this role, you will intimately understand the customer journey and continually seek to optimize all touchpoints along the way. You will be responsible for continued training and development of the existing sales team.

Job Responsibilities: Deliver the company's revenue performance targets for the Inside Sales Team Ensure sales team builds & maintains a pipeline of active opportunities Play a lead role in recruiting and expanding the sales team Promotes the maximization of the organization's competitive position in the marketplace Monitor and manage weekly KPI activity against sales performance targets Define and analyze the sales cycle and optimize message delivery at each step, including prospecting, discovery calls, proposal delivery, deal negotiation, etc. Continually assess and interpret customer acquisition funnel data. Streamline sales activities at each step to ensure high efficiency and productivity. Work closely with marketing to ensure sales pipeline is full of qualified leads and prospects. Play a lead role in driving the development of collateral and sales resources, outbound campaigns, etc. Train and coach the team, both on a daily basis and in line with longer-term career development goals and plans. Continually ensure exceptional product training and up-to-date product knowledge for every team member. Assist with strategy development, customer communications and marketing campaigns to drive new business. Attends and participates in industry related classes to stay up to date on trends and industry changes.

Requirements: Prior history of managing and developing a metrics-driven inside sales team. 2+ years of direct sales management experience 7+ years of sales experience preferably within the finance industry Experience with a CRM Bachelors degree required

Compensation & Benefits: Our client offers a competitive Base Salary $100k-$130k Base + Commissions/Bonus. Total Compensation ~$250k-$300k Comprehensive health benefits, PTO, room for growth etc.
