Cost Estimator

**Job Responsabilities**

1) Works with the Job Cost Estimator to produce accurate proposals based on material, equipment, and labor costs for any new projects.

2) Helps build Work Ticket Templates for Production, estimating labor costs.

3) Creates new part numbers, updates SAGE 100 Inventory accounting software.

4) Reviews existing, repeat orders to ensure material and labor costing is accurate.

5) Works with Operations, Production Leads and Machine Operators to review, confirm labor hours, labor cost is accurate.

6) Coordinates with Purchasing on material costs and minimums.

7) Demonstrate teamwork ability to collaborate with multiple departments on projects.

8) Helps coordinate and complete special projects when needed.

9) Handles other tasks as assigned.

**Required Experience, Education, and Skills**:

- Proficiency in simple math and data analysis
- Understands concepts in Cost Accounting
- Experience with SAGE 100 products a plus.
- Familiarity with analyzing data to develop cost estimates for large projects.
- Able to create and maintain basic Excel spread sheets.
- Being bi-lingual is helpful but not required.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree is helpful but not required.
- Motivated and passionate to learn and grow with the company

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
