We are looking for a dependable "Office Assistant" part-time with a cheerful disposition to join our growing CPA firm located in Newtown, PA.
Duties include offering administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities will include answering phones, filing, letter writing, document editing and review, copying, scanning, client data entry, shredding, along with other general office and administrative tasks. From time-to-time applicant will also be required to run errands outside of the office with own vehicle.
We are looking for part-time. This position requires flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays during peak periods of the year.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
