- Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and diaper changing as needed
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive and engaging atmosphere

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in early childhood education, babysitting, nannying, or childcare is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with age-appropriate activities and educational resources
- Ability to educate and engage children in a variety of settings
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level
