We are looking for full/part-time Server-Bartender. Our Server-Bartender interacts with Mola guests, eagerly creating special experiences for them. As a Server, you’ll handcraft delicious cocktails according to the recipe (and espresso beverages, if your skills extend to barista), run food, and serve our guests, while upholding cleanliness, preciseness and customer service. We offer a unique experience with our open kitchen, where our guests get to view the process of the food being made. Because of this, you exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow colleagues. **Honesty and dependability are required**.

You’re a great addition to the Mola team if you:

- Are hospitality focused, who is detailed oriented, with a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-pace environment

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Has the ability and drive to study and genuinely sell the home-made foods and beverages (cocktails, juices, coffees), while maintaining customer service standards
- Passionate and knowledgeable about service
- Educating our customers about the quality of our food and beverages and where it comes from while ensuring the customer is having the best possible experience
- Willing to work in all positions needed for Front of the House Operations
- Checks orders for accuracy
- Can work under pressure at times when there is a rush or wait
- Can multi-task and be responsible for other areas of the store
- Restocking & resetting customer area, serving area, and back of house as needed and at shift change
- Cleaning the service and customer areas throughout your shift and at the end of the shift
- Opening and/or closing the store, available to working late hours and weekend
- Must be able to multitask and move around the restaurant for extended periods of time
- Bartender experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience as a barista is a plus, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation to work

Average hourly wage rate greater than $20 with tips
