Your responsibilities will include recruiting and training team members, coordinating service delivery, and fostering relationships with state, county, and local partners.

**Your Role in Action**:

- ** Leadership and Supervision**:Recruit, train, supervise, and monitor the performance of all team members within the program area. Develop and coordinate the overall delivery of services to ensure high-quality crisis counseling.
- ** Public Information**: Coordinate the development and dissemination of local public information materials to keep the community informed and engaged.
- ** Community Collaboration**: Develop collaborative relationships with local volunteer organizations, social services, governmental organizations, and caregivers to enhance service delivery.
- ** Budget Management**: Develop and monitor the budget for field operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- ** Reporting**: Write detailed reports on counseling and case management services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
- ** Safety and Compliance**: Know and comply with safety programs to contribute to a safe environment for individuals, staff, and visitors.


**What qualifications you will need**:
**Education**:

- Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent in Business, Human Services, or a related area.

**Experience**:

- 8 years of experience in the field of mental health preferred.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.

**Other Key Qualifications**:

- Valid Texas driver's license required.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Proficiency in crisis counseling techniques.
- Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with disaster survivors and community resources.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in word processing and Excel software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
