**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Interview, hire, and train staff members
- Oversee food service and catering activities
- Ensure high-quality food handling and service standards
- Supervise staff in various roles including food preparation, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize shop efficiency and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of the frozen yogurt industry is a plus
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 45 per week
