**YOURTYPICAL DAY**:
- Provide a high-class onboarding experience for new digital customers to ensure an immediate and successful execution of their social media post content.
- Execute social media postings across major platforms for our customers, including: Google, NextDoor, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Execute quality control standards for social media post content with a focus on grammar, spelling, and overall context.
- Maintain an understanding of how to support content updates for major search engines such as Google, Bing, Yelp, and Apple Maps.
- Continual communication with team members, departments, and manager.
- Maintain accurate daily tracking and reporting of performance.
**CORE COMPETENCIES**:
- Exceptional business writing / persuasive writing / perspective writing and editorial skills required.
- Strong communication, engagement, and social media skills required.
- Ability to relate to small business owners and assist with social media posts relevant to their business.
- Must be able to multi-task, maintain quality standards, adapt and think on your feet as priorities change.
- Detail oriented and organized to ensure accuracy in content creation
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Working knowledge of commercial social media posting best practices.
**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor degree in English or related field preferred; Associates degree required.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
