The Healthcare Compliance Manager will support Business Development and Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) activities, playing a critical role in due diligence processes, assessing upcoming deals, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic projects. This role is focused on ensuring that our business activities are conducted in compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and Johnson & Johnson’s high standards of integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide compliance oversight and strategic guidance on Business Development activities and TPI engagements, ensuring adherence to healthcare compliance and corporate integrity principles.
- Review and assess due diligence processes for third-party intermediaries, ensuring robust compliance measures are in place.
- Support the assessment of compliance risks in business deals, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate healthcare compliance considerations into business planning and decision-making processes.
- Develop and conduct targeted compliance training related to Business Development and TPI activities, ensuring all relevant parties understand and adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of compliance tracking mechanisms to monitor and report on Business Development and TPI activities.
- Proactively identify potential compliance issues and risks, advising and working with business management to mitigate these risks effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving healthcare compliance laws and regulations, communicating pertinent changes and implications to the business.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- A minimum of 5 years of business-related experience.
- Knowledge of Health Care Compliance programs and policies, Federal health care programs, and FDA requirements.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, and manage relationships with peers and business partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to all levels of the company.
- Engaging and personable demeanor; self-directed, detail-oriented, motivated; demonstrates a high level of accountability, leadership, and decisiveness.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in healthcare compliance related to business development and third-party risk management.
- Knowledge of commercial sales, marketing, and Medical Affairs practices for healthcare products.
- Experience working in a matrix environment and delivering solutions that drive compliant growth.
- CCEP accreditation or similar compliance certification.

The base pay range for this position is $99,000-$170,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
