**Pay Rate: $17.50/Hour on W2 (All Inclusive - No Benefits)**
- Understand the collector community/passion and provide best resolution for fan collectors; ability to de-escalate, take ownership and provide outstanding service with every interaction.
- Ability to effectively manage multi support systems.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and processes.
- Identify and accurately call out potential trends and consumer concerns.
- Understanding knowledge of collector brands
- Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel, etc.
- SAP knowledge a plus

**What you’ll bring**:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly developed ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of PC and Mac
- Ambitious with ability to prioritize strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a faced-paced environment/ learn and adapt quickly in a demanding customer service environment.
- Ability to accurately assess the entire situation to make an informed decision.

**Required**:

- Minimum of 3-years in a contact center environment preferred.
- Associates degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
- Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $17.50 per hour
