Responsibilities Include:

- Notarize Documents - Must be Willing to Get Notary
- Help to maintain and develop new Trade Partner relationships
- Manage all Phases of RFP’s to ensure all deliverables for proposals are being submitted to Client.
- Assist with making phone calls secure bid coverage on projects.
- Uploading drawings into Building Connected and distribute documents to Trade Partners for bid.
- Ensure all Trade Partner proposals are in Building Connected at all times
- Coordinating Bid Abstracts to ensure they are all completed and filled out.
- Assisting and supporting project team with daily coordination requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule all meetings for Pre Constructions deliverables
- Coordinating communication and scheduling meeting between Operations, Accounting and Design for Pre Construction

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of commercial construction general contracting.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated
- Attention to details

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
