Construction Project Lead

**Module: Hybrid ( In office, tuesdays & Wednesdays/week)**

**Description**:
Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors.
Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts.
Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned. Supplies Client Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis.

**Good to Have**:

- 3+ years in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades is preferred.
- Understanding and ability to read blueprints, specifically Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans.
- Strong knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical and plumbing criteria would be desired.
- Experience working on complex projects is good to have.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- General fixturing, and retail store planning knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to decipher landlord and city codes as it relates to exterior signs.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
