Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to implement behavior support plans and provide direct care. Responsibilities: - Implement behavior support plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) - Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities - Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence - Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors - Collect data on individual progress and behavior - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services provided Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health is a plus - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
