**PURPOSE**:
Renewal by Andersen window and door subcontracting partners are masters at their craft and provide superior service to our customers.

The Subcontractor role means belonging to a great team. You will perform residential construction activities for customer projects of various sizes, leadership responsibilities on the jobsite, customer satisfaction, and an inclusive team environment is the ultimate goal.
- Ensures work sites are set up
- Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal
- Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen's guidelines
- Work with integrity and provide world-class customer service to Renewal by Andersen’s customers

- Certified Master Installer Training. - Paid training, all installation materials provided and staged at warehouse (All Coil, caulk, trim, foam, screws, etc.)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with ability to successfully pass a background check
- A proven track record of superior workmanship and strong focus on customer service (Must keep an 85% or higher NPS score)
- Must arrive at the jobsite in RBA Branded clothing - We would provide
- Provide references of your past work.
- Ownership of your own truck, trailer and tools
- Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available and in their homes (between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
- Self-motivated and results oriented and time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
- Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate and completion of Lead documentation at the completion of every job
- Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements:

- General Liability - $1Million - Each Occurrence, Automobile Liability - $1Million Combined Single Limit, Worker's Compensation - $1 Million Policy Limit
