Job Responsibilities:
**1. Manage the day-to-day operations of applied behavior analysis services.**

a. Provide or assist with on-site observation, feedback and training for ABA staff.

b. Lead in the identification and development of orientation training for ABA staff.

c. Provide or assist supervisees in professional development training as needed.

d.Implement clinical review of treatment plans, functional behavior assessments and

behavior intervention plans.

e.Assist in providing behavior analytic recommendations based on data analysis.

f. Collaborate with Directors and Program Supervisors on tracking case progress and employee success.

g. Assist with annual performance evaluations when applicable.

h. Assist with off-site behavioral consultation services.

Meetings, observations, trainings, FBAs

i. Create documentation of all interactions with clients, staff and parents.

j. Lead in monitoring productivity of program staff.

k. Lead in hiring new staff.

l. Assist program supervisors in addressing complaints and resolving problems

**2. Evaluates opportunities for ABA services to grow and expand**

a.Responsible for initial contact and scheduling of ABA clients

b.Coordinate hiring of new ABA staff with Executive Director

**3. Promote a therapeutic environment for all clients.**

a.Ensure the rights, dignity and confidentiality of all clients is maintained.

b.Coach staff to assist families to identify next step in services and help facilitate transition.

**4. Serve on the Ethical Committee.**

a.Attend monthly/as needed meetings

b.Respond to ethical concerns outlined in the policies and procedures

c.Assist in creating incentives to promote an ethical environment

d.Monitor updates needed for ethical policies and procedures

e.Assist in updating ethical policies and procedures when needed

**5. Regularly reference behavior analytic literature and attend relevant conference and workshops in order to best inform evidence-based treatments.**

**6. Conduct or assist with both staff and caregiver trainings.**

**7.Execute clinical policies and procedures.**

a.Lead in developing new policies as services expand.

**8. Quality Assurance officer of the ABA Department.**

**9. Maintains accreditation through BHCOE/Jade Health**

**10. Attend all scheduled meetings with Department Heads and BCBAs**

**11. Maintain professionalism with clients (individuals and school systems), staff and parents.**

a.Adhere to BACB Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts

b. Report directly to the Executive Director

c. Serve as role model and demonstrate a commitment to the highest ethical and professional behavior.

**12.Support general welfare of staff.**

**13.Maintain Professional Crisis Management certification.**

**Specialized Skills and knowledge**:
1.Fluent in the understanding and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior medication.

2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

3.Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of individuals.

4.Demonstrated leadership to motivate staff and provide direction.

5.Ability to use effective critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.

6.Strong understanding of BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts and RBT Code of Ethics

7.Strong organizational and follow up skills, attention to detail and deadline driven.

8.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.

**Reports to**
- Executive Director

**Supervises**
- Supervisors in the Comprehensive ABA, ELP ABA and Focused ABA programs
- School Consultant

**Minimal qualifications and requirements**:

- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Alabama
- Supervisor status with the BACB
- Professional Crisis Management certified
- 2 or more years of experience in a leadership position

Pay: $84,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
