We are seeking an experienced Director of Monetization to drive monetization strategy across all product lines and go-to-market channels. You'll identify new revenue streams, optimize pricing models, and maximize profitability through data-driven decisions. - Lead the pricing strategy across all product portfolios, including new product launches, upgrades, and renewals, to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify new monetization opportunities and revenue streams.
- Oversee the development and execution of pricing models, including subscription, usage-based, and hybrid models, tailored to different customer segments and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on monetization strategies and pricing decisions.
- Develop and manage monetization specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.

**What You'll Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in monetization, pricing, revenue management, or related roles in enterprise B2B software.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful monetization strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Extensive knowledge of pricing models, including subscription, usage-based, and hybrid models, and their impact on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
