New Day Cleaning Co LLC is a small business in Fullerton, CA. Our goal is to provide exceptional cleaning services to our customers and a positive, flexible work environment for our contractors and employees. We service areas all throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. We are particularly interested in hiring people who have experience cleaning office buildings, construction sites, and restaurants but are open to other experience if we believe you to be capable.

**Duties**:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly
- Laundering and changing linens as needed
- Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Restocking supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
**Experience**:
- Prior experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning
- Strong customer service skills to interact with office staff professionally
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning services
- Experience in construction site cleaning services
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests or clients in a professional manner
Note: Experience with laundry services may be a plus, but not required for all positions.
