**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Rabine America Maintenance is hiring Rabine America Maintenance has over 38 years of industry-leading experience on commercial paving. We offer turn-key solutions for parking lots. We are looking for experienced Line Striping crew members to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with painting of various pavement marking surfaces
- Lift, carry, load and unload various construction supplies
- Operate and maintain all striping equipment
- Operate crack fill equipment
- Must have knowledge of parking lot lay out
- Ability to read plans for new layouts
- Stripe handicap stalls to meet ADA standards
- Work in accordance with OSHA Safety Standards.

**Requirements**:

- Travel required
- 1+ years of experience with pavement marking/line striping
- Drug testing and a background check are required
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently, with little or no supervision
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
