Job Summary:
ACOM is currently hiring a Digital Marketing Intern. This position will capture and communicate daily stories, videos, and posts, to our customers; promoting our services, products, and events. The person in this position will be responsible for producing content for a variety of communications avenues including but not limited to social media, digital publications, and the website.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Develop content plans for ACOM communication channels.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conceptualize and draft impactful multimedia communication campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
- Manage content and moderate comments and messages for ACOM's social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Identify opportunities for digital, physical, and paid advertising across a variety of channels.
- Capture photography and videography content, and create graphic elements for social media, our website, and other platforms.
- Conduct conversion optimization to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing on multi-media platforms, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools to drive results.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
