**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and coordinate the use of all mobile vehicles, including steam trailer, cocktail trailer, and food trucks at various venues and events.
- Assist in off-premise activation events involving these vehicles.
- Coordinate with food and beverage vendors to ensure quality service and timely setup and service.
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train and supervise food and beverage truck staff.
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure smooth operations.
- Research and recommend new food and beverage trucks to add to the schedule.
- Book the food trucks, cocktail trailer, and steam trailer for events and venues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in event coordination or food and beverage management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in training and supervising staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
