**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Develop and deliver meaningful curriculum tailored to the individualized needs within established program groups and hold all staff accountable for the implementation and delivery of meaningful programs that enrich the lives of those that we serve.

2. Act as a role model for all staff, consistently demonstrating engaging person-centered service delivery that encourages skill development and a meaningful day in accordance with each individual’s Person-Centered Individualized Plan (PCISP).

3. Actively manage and develop all staff reporting to this position, holding each employee accountable for compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and program standards.

4. Ensure that the needs of all individuals served are met, including but not limited to: routine housekeeping tasks, administration of medications, management of medical appointments, money management, nutrition, grocery shopping, personal hygiene, proper use of appliances and adaptive/assistive devices, home safety, first aid, emergency procedures, etc.

5. Prepare monthly documentation and ensure all information is collected, retained, and summarized as required.

6. Ensure that all time entry and billing data is completed accurately, appropriately, and thoroughly each week.

7. Actively participate as member of each individual’s IDT, providing relevant feedback and input related to the individual’s progress, supports, and needs.

8. Administer individual specific training to all staff upon hire, as changes occur, and no less than annually.

9. Record and review documentation. Complete all required reports within the established timeframe(s).

10. Regularly collaborate with other department supervisors to ensure that program delivery meets the standards of Lirio Resources, ensuring that all programs are structured and delivered in ways that are both engaging and meaningful to the individuals while encouraging independence and individual choice.

11. Collaborate with other department supervisors to ensure that regularly scheduled staff meetings consistently occur each month; preparing and presenting relevant topics and information to all employees that increase awareness, education, and accountability for all staff.

12. Facilitate all programs and activities within the established Fiscal Year budget for applicable department(s).

13. Provide ongoing communication to families and guardians, and coordinate meetings to keep families informed of person’s progress as needed.

14. Perform on-call duties after hours to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all persons served.

15. Must be able to perform all duties of a Direct Support Professional and fill vacant shifts when necessary.

16. Other duties as assigned.
