Outreach Health is a home care company that has been improving the lives of our clients for over 45 years. We are hiring kind, dependable, and friendly individuals who have the desire to care for others.
Working under indirect supervision, the Special Caregiver provides services to the client(s). The Special Caregiver also serves as a back-up caregiver in cases where the regularly assigned caregiver is not available to provide services to their client.

**The** **Job**:
- Companionship, conversation, and assistance
- Meal prep, groceries, housekeeping, and laundry
- Personal care (grooming, bathing, and dressing)
- Medicine reminders and watching for health changes
- Ensure client safety and maintain the environment
**Requirements**:
- Empathic to the needs of others
- Authorization to work in the US and pass a background check
- Must have a minimum of 6 months working experience as a caregiver or be CAN
- Maintain reliable transportation for work (travel 100% required)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Be responsible, ethical, and confidential
- Handle the physical aspects of caregiving
