Assistant Property Manager

**Duties**:

- Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations
- Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment processing
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including online listings and property showings
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, contract management, and facilities management
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
- Understanding of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and vendors
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate lease terms and upsell additional services

Pay: $29.50 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
