**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As Support Staff, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your role involves providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a flexible home setting and the community. Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
- **Daily Assistance**: You will assist with everyday activities. Utilize de-escalation skills, trauma informed care, and therapeutic interventions for residents (we will provide training.)
