Location - **Home-based, New York (This is a hybrid role, working mainly from home with travel to the New York office, but you can be office based if you prefer)**

Salary - **$60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience), plus good Commission and large company benefits - more importantly an opportunity to develop a sales career with a leading Global business, whilst working with a highly successful senior sales manager**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Executive to join our fast-growing technology company - Kinly is the world’s sixth largest AV & UC systems integrator and the largest in Europe, with 21 offices across EMEA, US & APAC and revenues over €290 million and we have created a new opportunity for a motivated and sales-focused individual to forge a long-term career within the field of AV technology.

Working alongside a successful Senior Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills, industry knowledge and your earning potential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support Global Account Directors with new opportunities in the Americas
- Maintain and build relationships with existing client base
- Perform site surveys and client requirement meetings
- Assist with tender (Bid) opportunities as required
- Recognize and propose all up-sell opportunities for Kinly’s products and services
- Be able to travel into NYC for client meeting and site surveys when required
- Establish strong relationships with new clients that fit the Global Service model

**Skills and experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels of seniority
- Be an innovative thinker, with self-drive and a determination to be successful in sales
- Ability to identify the real business value of the sales proposition
- Ability to succeed with different personality types
- Excellent questioning techniques - being able to probe into the detail to identify opportunities
- Confidence with negotiation
- Basic understanding of IT or AV / UC
