- **Security and Safety Oversight**: Maintain a vigilant presence during overnight shifts to ensure the security and safety of guests and property. Monitor access to restricted areas, conduct regular property patrols, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, following established protocols with poise and discretion.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to coordinate guest requests and resolve any issues seamlessly. Communicate relevant information and updates to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to guest service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end residential setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
