**Job Title: I.T. Supervisor**

**Job Objective**:
Under the general direction of the Director of Information Technology, implement, maintain, and support a cost effective, state-of-the-art, data and telecommunications infrastructure pertaining to Mozaic Senior Life. This hands-on role also supervises the responsibilities of staff and vendors. This position is 60% hands on supporting users and acting as level 2-3 helpdesk support until issue is resolved, 30% project implementation and new technology research as assigned by the I.T. Director and 10% day-to-day managerial tasks for helpdesk personnel and departmental functions.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Education: High school graduate required. AS or BS in computers management or science preferred.

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. Office365 and Microsoft office apps., knowledge of I.T. systems and infrastructure, MDM support for cellular devices, using IBM MaaS360 or similar, familiarity with SolarWinds Service Desk or similar, remote access software such as Kaseya, TeamViewer or similar. Knowledge of Mitel PBX, Helpdesk management, Project management, and experience in cybersecurity are a plus.

Licensure: Proven experience in lieu of certifications accepted.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Perform the objective of the role.
- Work with our MSP partner and other 3rd party support to lead activities, implement, maintain and support a cost effective, modern infrastructure.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and develop corrective solutions.
- Work with I.T. Director to develop I.T. strategies and long-term goals.
- Develop and Implement I.T. best practice standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct departmental need assessments throughout facility.
- Create and maintain KPI's for vendor, and I.T. department performance.
- Work with our support partners to manage telecommunications, TV and phone.
- Address internal customer complaints. Ensure that service problems are corrected, and adjustments are made to avoid recurrence.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with consultants and vendors for services and products.
- Supervise Helpdesk personnel and other direct reports as assigned.
- Participate as a member of management team in planning, problem resolution, and reviewing department performance.
- Demonstrate the philosophy, mission, and core values of Mozaic Senior Life in performance of job responsibilities which includes courteous and cooperative behavior toward residents, visitors, volunteers, peers, and physicians.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $33.00 - $38.46 per hour
