**Position Overview**: As the HR Director, you will spearhead the development and scaling of our people operations and recruiting functions. This pivotal role entails designing and executing programs to cultivate an inclusive, impactful, and rewarding experience for every member of our team. You will lead the charge in shaping our people strategy, operationalizing it alongside a talented team, and championing our culture within a hybrid-remote environment. **1. Managerial Oversight**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR Manager, HR & Recruitment Specialist, and other HR team members.
- Collaborate with the HR team and align HR strategies and change management efforts as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

**2. Strategic Planning**:

- Develop long-term HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Lead strategic workforce planning to predict and prepare for future talent needs, adapting to evolving market conditions and technological advancements.
- Analyze and interpret external and internal data to guide strategic decision-making within the HR department and broader organizational context.
- Collaborate with other executives to craft and refine the company’s overarching strategies, ensuring HR’s integral role in achieving business success.
- Drive change initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of innovation and agility.

**3. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and achievement of departmental goals.
- Ensure hiring criteria are aligned to role responsibilities and competencies across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment to align recruitment strategies with overall HR and organizational goals.
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding through all the stages of talent lifecycle.

**4. HRIS Management / Data Management**:

- Lead the implementation and maintenance of HRIS system (Paycom) that meets the needs of the organization (across functionality such as human capital management, payroll and absence, benefits, talent optimization and more).
- Ensure the HR function has robust reporting capabilities and data analytics to support all people, talent, and employment-related decision-making.
