We are an industrial rental and service company that provides temporary temperature and humidity control solutions to an array of industries such as construction, industrial, and water damage restoration.

**The Role**

The Junior Accountant is responsible for performing day-to-day accounting and clerical duties to support the accounting department’s daily operations by performing the following responsibilities:

- Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.
- Assist with AP and AR tasks.
- Assist and support all company personnel in accounting-related matters.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workspace.

**The Requirements**
- Must have account reconciliation experience.
- Must be an experienced QuickBooks user.
- Association degree in the related field or in the process of completing one is highly preferred.
- At least 2 + years of related work experience.
- Must have experience in Excel - creating spreadsheets and using formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Must pass a background and drug screen.
- Must be able to work on-site Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
