- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or sales tracking tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning purposes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
- Keep abreast of product updates, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Mostly working in an office setting (Saturday showroom coverage is a must), although travel to meet clients or attend sales events may be required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales tools.
- Expert at building relationships with people
- Dedicated to an excellent customer experience.
- Working knowledge of social media and marketing campaigns
