We are looking for you to join our team as a **Budgeting Manager 3 **based out of **Linthicum, MD**. This position offers the 9/80 work schedule.

**What You’ll Get to Do**:
The **Budgeting Manager 3** will lead the management of our largest rate segment within the Mission Systems sector, reporting up through the Director of Forward Pricing & Affordability. **Budgeting Manager 3 **roles and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Compiles and reviews budgets in support of our internal rates for cost recovery as well as the annual Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP)
- Recommends and interprets budgetary policies and procedures, prepares comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgeted funds, and determines rationale for variances between costs and budgets
- Execution and maintenance of continuous Forward Pricing Rate Agreements with the DCMA
- Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
- Interface with DCMA and DCAA
- Ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, SOX and GAAP
- Leadership and development of rates & budgets analyst staff

**Basic Qualifications**:
To be considered for this position, you must mínimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of professional industry related experience - OR - a Master’s degree with 8 years of professional industry related experience.
- Experience in government rates and/or budgets
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- People leadership experience
- US citizenship is required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- MBA or CPA certification
- Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data disclosures and Negotiating with DCMA
- Experience with IBM Data Analytics/Cognos

**Salary Range**:$142,600 - $213,800

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
