**Where is the work**:
This position is eligible for a **Hybrid **work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our Willowbrook location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Digital Offerings Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy for digital offerings to drive growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and customer needs, aligning digital solutions accordingly.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of digital tools and technologies in the region.
- Large Project Pursuits:

- Lead the pursuit of large-scale projects, including tendering, contractual negotiations, and project initiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals and demonstrate the region's capabilities.
- Ensure the successful execution of large projects by providing guidance, oversight, and resource allocation.
- Controls Experience:

- Utilize strong controls experience to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and internal procedures.
- Oversee project controls, ensuring accurate forecasting, risk assessment, and cost control measures are in place.
- Develop and implement processes and systems to mitigate risks and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Customer Relationship Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers on digital offerings, tailored solutions, and project feasibility.
- Conduct regular customer reviews to assess satisfaction levels, resolve any issues, and identify opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of digital offerings, project pursuits, controls, and customer engagement.
- Strong leadership abilities with the skills to drive collaboration and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and interact with customers at all levels.
- Solid understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make decisive decisions.
- Travel: The ability to travel across the region. Some overnight travel required (estimated at 25%)

Base Compensation Range is $150,000 - $350,000/yr (This includes an annual bonus that is offered).
