Teachers at Little Bears share the vision of helping to support a program that is academically, developmentally, and socially balanced. They are individuals who have chosen early childhood education as a career and are extremely excited to learn and grow in this decision. **We are looking for an Assistant Director to support children, teachers, and families. Our campus beautifully supports 60 families and a amazing team of 16 teachers.**

**Responsibilities**

Work alongside the Campus Director to:
maintain child files per licensing requirements

Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem Model and guide children and teachers to interact with each other positively

work directly with the school Director on school events, curriculum, and licensing standards with other educators

Build healthy and trusting relationships with Families

Must be able to work 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
