- **Target Compensation**:$60,000 - $70,000
- **Must Haves**:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field
- Experience Range:

- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service Leadership or related role (Process not people)
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management (project management skills are key to this role)
- Ability to influence without authority
- Experience leading cross-functional projects related to customer service enhancements
- Demonstrated experience in onboarding new systems and technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI a plus)
- Foundational data analytics capabilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- eCommerce experience
- Nice to Haves:

- Experience with AI Customer Service platforms
- Retail/DTC experience
- Zendesk/Gorgias experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
