Customer Service Representatives at our bustling Exeter location. As the first point of
contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer
service and creating a positive experience for both our human and canine guests. Your
primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their furry companions with a warm and welcoming
demeanor.
- Scheduling daycare appointments, boarding reservations, and grooming
services.
- Maintaining accurate records of client information and pet profiles.
- Providing information about our services, rates, and facility amenities.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory
management.
- Collaborating with our team to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Passion for working with dogs and providing exceptional care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
