**Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. **Responsibilities**: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Manage reservations and waitlists - Take guests' orders and relay to kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately - Maintain cleanliness of the dining area - Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing - Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Knowledge of basic food service procedures - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries Join our team and enjoy the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can enhance your hospitality skills while delivering top-notch service to our valued guests.
