As a **Healthcare Operations Coordinator**, you will support our Development Team to ensure that all 200+ clinics nationally run smoothly day to day. This position is an entry-level position with a career path geared towards become a **Regional Clinics Manager or other leadership position in Operations**

**This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois**

**Responsibilities**
- Supports the Sr. Regional Manager of Clinics Coordination and the Operations team in completing various tasks and projects.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, under the supervision of the Sr. Regional Manager, nationwide.
- Perform general clerical duties in to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- Complete special projects as directed in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
